Subsequent Event	15. Subsequent Events Common Stock Dividend On April 23, 2019, the MetLife, Inc. Board of Directors declared a second quarter 2019 common stock dividend of $0.44 per share payable on June 13, 2019 to shareholders of record as of May 7, 2019. The Company estimates that the aggregate dividend payment will be $419 million.
