Subsequent Event	14. Subsequent Event Common Stock Dividend On April 26, 2016, the MetLife, Inc. Board of Directors declared a second quarter 2016 common stock dividend of $0.400 per share payable on June 13, 2016 to shareholders of record as of May 9, 2016. The Company estimates that the aggregate dividend payment will be $441 million.
