Subsequent Events Common Stock Repurchases From October 1, 2015 through October 30, 2015, MetLife, Inc. repurchased 3,288,239 shares of its common stock in the open market for $153 million. Common Stock Dividend On October 27, 2015, the MetLife, Inc. Board of Directors declared a fourth quarter 2015 common stock dividend of $0.375 per share payable on December 11, 2015 to shareholders of record as of November 6, 2015. The Company estimates that the aggregate dividend payment will be $418 million.
