Subsequent Event	14. Subsequent Event Common Stock Dividend On April 28, 2015, the MetLife, Inc. Board of Directors declared a second quarter 2015 common stock dividend of $0.375 per share payable on June 12, 2015 to shareholders of record as of May 11, 2015. The Company estimates the aggregate dividend payment will be $420 million.
