Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

Dana Matzen resigned from her position as Vice President, Business and Corporate Development of IntelGenx Corp., a wholly-owned subsidiary of IntelGenx Technologies Corp. (the "Company"), effective March 10, 2023.  Dr. Matzen's resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matters related to the Company's operations, policies, or practices.
