Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors, Appointment of Principal Officers.

Effective October 22, 2008, Joseph I. Emas resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of Dynamic Response Group, Inc. to pursue other interests. To the knowledge of the Board and executive officers of the Company, Mr. Emas had no disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
