Including $1.1 million and $3.4 million of CDARS deposits, certificates of deposit of $100,000 or more aggregated $47.4 million and $54.2 million as of December 31, 2016 and 2015, respectively.  Including CDARS, certificates of deposit of $250,000 or more aggregated $25.7 million and $31.7 million at December 31, 2016 and 2015, respectively.

As of December 31, 2016, investment securities with a combined fair value of $129.4 million and letters of credit with a notional value of $30.3 million were available to be pledged as qualifying collateral to secure public deposits and trust funds.  The Company required $145.3 million of the qualifying collateral to secure such deposits as of December 31, 2016 and the balance of $14.4 million was available for other pledging needs.
