NOTE 4 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

During the year ended June 30, 2023, the Company's current majority shareholder advanced $224,423 to the Company as working capital and the Company repaid $373,140 to the shareholder. As of June 30, 2023 and 2022, the Company owed its current shareholder of $389,952 and $538,669 respectively. The advances are non-interest bearing and are due on demand. Imputed interest amounted to $5,206 and $11,893 for the years ended June 30, 2023 and 2022 and was recorded as paid in capital, respectively. Other dues to the related parties are $35,190 as of June 30, 2023.
