Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 3 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the nine months ended March 31, 2021, the Company's current majority shareholder advanced $201,660 to the Company as working capital and the Company repaid $79,548 to the shareholder. As of March 31, 2021 and June 30, 2020, the Company owed its current majority shareholder of $290,140 and $168,028 respectively. The advances are non-interest bearing and are due on demand. Currently the Company is using a premises for free, the premises is leased by a company owned by its current majority shareholder.
