Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 3 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the three months ended September 30, 2020, the Company's current majority shareholder advanced $2,182 to the Company as working capital and the Company repaid $0 to the shareholder. As of September 30, 2020 and June 30, 2020, the Company owed its current majority shareholder of $170,210 and $168,028 respectively. The advances are non-interest bearing and are due on demand. Currently the Company is using a premises for free, the premises is leased by a company owned by its current majority shareholder.
