Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 3 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the year ended June 30, 2020, the Company's current majority shareholder advanced $121,840 to the Company as working capital and the Company repaid $82,217 to the shareholder. As of June 30, 2020 and 2019, the Company owed its current majority shareholder of $168,028 and $128,404 respectively. The advances are non-interest bearing and are due on demand. Currently the Company is using a premise for free, the premises is leased by a company owned by its current majority shareholder.
