Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 3 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During the year ended June 30, 2019, the Company's current majority shareholder advanced $29,379 to the Company as working capital and the Company repaid $1,500 to the shareholder. As of June 30, 2019 and June 30, 2018, the Company owed its current majority shareholder of $128,404 and $100,525 respectively. The advances are non-interest bearing and are due on demand. Currently the Company is using a premise for free, the premises is leased by a company owned by its current majority shareholder.
