Note 9 -subsequent Events	NOTE 9 –SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On January 19, 2017, the Company’s majority shareholder, Mr. Jay Hooper, sold his 16,155,746,000 shares to an investor group. A change of control took place effective as of that date.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
