Quarterly Financial Information	Interim Financial Statements The accompanying consolidated financial statements as of and for the periods ended December 31, 2012 and 2011 have been prepared by the Company without audit. In the opinion of management, all adjustments (which include only normal recurring adjustments) necessary to present fairly the consolidated financial position, results of operations and cash flows at December 31, 2012 and 2011 and for all periods presented herein, have been made. The results of operations for the periods ended December 31, 2012 and 2011 are not necessarily indicative of the operating results for the full years. The accompanying financial statements have been prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles for interim financial information and in accordance with the instructions for Form 10-Q. Accordingly, they do not include all of the information and footnotes required by generally accepted accounting principles for complete financial statements.
