ACTING SECRETARY-GENERAL OF THE INTERNATIONAL CENTRE FOR SETTLEMENT OF INVESTMENT DISPUTES (ICSID) MOVED THAT THE AD HOC COMMITTEE DISCONTINUE THE ANNULMENT PROCEEDING INITIATED BY COMMERCE GROUP CORP. AND ITS AFFILIATE SAN SEBASTIAN GOLD MINES, INC. (THE "COMPANY") AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT OF EL SALVADOR DUE TO NON-PAYMENT OF THE SECOND REQUIRED ADVANCE OF $250,000 On August 9, 2013, the Acting Secretary-General of ICSID moved that the ad hoc Committee discontinue the annulment proceeding in accordance with ICSID Administrative and Financial Regulation 14(3)(d) and (e) due to non-payment of the second required advance of $250,000 for a period in excess of six months.
