Employee Benefit Plan	9. Employee Benefit Plan We maintain a defined contribution plan covering substantially all employees under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. We provided a 50% match of employees' contributions up to $5,000 per employee per year. We made total contributions of $490,000, $544,000 and $356,000 during the years ended December 31, 2011, 2010 and 2009, respectively. Company contributions are fully vested after two years of employment.
