Calgary, Canada, April 30, 2004, Chartwell Technology Inc. (TSX-VEN: CWH) a leading provider of gaming software systems and entertainment content to the online and mobile gaming industry is pleased to announce effective May 3rd, 2004 the company’s shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange and move to the Toronto Stock Exchange. The TSX Venture Exchange has been advised that the company’s securities will be listed and commence trading on Toronto Stock Exchange at the opening on Monday, May 3rd, 2004, under the symbol CWH
