INFORMATION REQUIRED IN REGISTRATION STATEMENT

Item 1.     Description of Registrant’s Securities to be Registered.

     The Company is registering a total of 6,325,000 Common Share Purchase Warrants. Each whole Warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one Common Share of the Company at a price of $6.75 (US) at any time during the two-year period beginning December 5, 2007. Each Warrant is transferable until December 5, 2009.

     The description of Warrants under the caption “Details of the Offering” on pages S-6 to S-8 of the Company’s Prospectus Supplement, dated November 21, 2007, to the Registration Statement on Form S-3AR (No. 333-147200), is incorporated herein by reference.
