TENTH AMENDMENT TO

DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT

This Tenth Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Distribution Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated as of the 1^st day of March 2018 by and between American Beacon Funds and American Beacon Select Funds, each a Massachusetts business trust that acts as an open-end investment company (the “Client”), and Resolute Investment Distributors, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Resolute”) is entered into as of July 31, 2020 (the “Effective Date”).

The attached amended and restated Schedule 1 removes the American Beacon Crescent Short Duration High Income and American Beacon GLG Total Return Funds and is hereby incorporated into the Agreement, as amended, on behalf of each Fund of a Trust listed on Schedule 1 hereto, as may be amended from time to time (each, a “Fund”), and supersedes any prior Schedule 1 to the Agreement.
