Outer Space and Dorfield owned approximately 19.73% and 18.44% of BBMF Inc., respectively, at the end of Issuer's fiscal year and BBMF Inc. owned approximately 87.20% of Issuer's common stock at the end of Issuer's fiscal year, and therefore may be deemed to be the indirect beneficial owner of approximately 3,964,894 shares of Issuer's common stock and 3,704,762 shares of Issuer's common stock, respectively, at the end of Issuer's fiscal year.
