Subsequent Events [Text Block]	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS We have evaluated events and transactions occurring subsequent to March 31, 2025 through the date the financial statements were issued. On May 1, 2025, the Company acquired substantially all of the net assets of IRIS Factory Automation (IRIS), an Aurora, Illinois provider of automation products, services, and turn-key productized solutions focused on optimizing material handling and traceability workflows across production environments. The purchase price for IRIS was $14,000 and it is included in the Engineered Solutions segment. The Company funded the acquisition using available cash.
