Subsequent Events [Text Block]	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS We have evaluated events and transactions occurring subsequent to June 30, 2019 through the date the financial statements were issued. During the first quarter of fiscal 2020, the Company reached a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the outstanding stock of Olympus Controls Corp., located in Tualatin, Oregon. The Company intends to fund this acquisition using funds available through the Company's revolving credit facility. As a full-service provider of innovative technologies and complete engineered solutions for OEMs, machine builders, integrators, and end users, this business will be included in the Fluid Power & Flow Control segment.
