10. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS

On June 14, 2013 (the “Effective Date”), the Company executed a worldwide perpetual non-exclusive, irrevocable, quantity limited, royalty-free license agreement from Exegin for use of its proprietary software for a one-time license fee in the amount of $25,000 payable in five (5) installments on 1^st of each month following the Effective Date.

Effective as of June 28, 2013, the Company entered into an agreement with Tatung Co. to provide Tatung with software for various in-home automated devices that are manufactured by Tatung. Payment by Tatung is based on a monthly invoice for software deliverables in accordance with individual project-based statements of work.
