Hurricanes Delta
 
and Zeta
 
impacted the Caribbean
 
and southeastern
 
United States.
 
Due to
 
the recentness
 
of
these events,
 
the Company
 
is unable
 
to estimate
 
the amount
 
of losses
 
at this
 
time.
 
However,
 
the Company
anticipates that the losses from these events will adversely impact its fourth quarter 2020 financial statements.
