On June 5, 2008, the stockholders of Soapstone Networks Inc. (the “Company”) approved the adoption of the Company’s 2008 Global Stock Plan (the “Plan”). For a description of the material features of the Plan, please refer to the Company’s Proxy Statement for the Annual Meeting of the Stockholders held on June 5, 2008, a copy of which was filed with the Securities Exchange Commission on April 25, 2008.
