Segment Information

The Company currently operates its business in one reportable segment, by providing brokerage services to the financial markets, integrated Voice, Hybrid and Fully Electronic brokerage in a broad range of products, including fixed income (rates and credit), FX, equity derivatives and cash equities, insurance, energy and commodities, and futures. It also provides a wide range of services, including trade

execution, brokerage, clearing, trade compression, post-trade, information, consulting, and other back-office services to a broad range of financial and non-financial institutions.

Geographic Information

The Company offers products and services in the U.S., U.K., Asia (including Australia), Other Europe, MEA, France, and Other Americas. Information regarding revenues is as follows (in thousands):

Product Information
