MIVA to Announce First Quarter 2008 Results on
May 12, 2008

FORT MYERS, Fla. – May 7, 2008 – MIVA, Inc. (NASDAQ: MIVA), today announced it will release its first quarter 2008 financial results on Monday, May 12, 2008, after the market close.
