Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors: Appointment of Principal Officers.
On December 31, 2013, Nathan H. Little, a principal officer of Rudolph Technologies, Inc. (the "Company"), retired from the Company. Mr. Little has served as a Vice President of the Company since May 2001. This decision is a result of Mr. Little's choice to retire and was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
