INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS FORM 6-K REPORT

Radware Ltd. and Radware Inc. (collectively “Radware”) have entered into an agreement with A10 Networks Inc. (“A10”) that protects and recognizes the value of Radware's intellectual property and, in particular, of Radware's patented Link Load Balancing technology. The agreement includes the dismissal of Radware’s current lawsuit against A10.
