SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has performed an evaluation of subsequent events for potential recognition and disclosure in the consolidated financial statements. On October 14, 2013, we signed a financing commitment letter from our bank whereby our revolver line of credit will be extended to June 30, 2015 from July 30, 2014. Final documents are anticipated to be executed in November, 2013.
