ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE [Abstract]
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE	ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE Accounts receivable have been adjusted for all known uncollectible accounts. An allowance for possible bad debts was established at September 30, 2013 and December 31, 2012 in the amount of $37,667 and $37,873 respectively. Management reviews accounts receivable on a regular basis, based on contracted terms and how recently payments have been received, to determine if any such amounts will potentially be uncollected. After all attempts to collect a receivable have failed, the receivable is written off.

The entire disclosure for claims held for amounts due a entity, excluding financing receivables. Examples include, but are not limited to, trade accounts receivables, notes receivables, loans receivables. Includes disclosure for allowance for credit losses.
