SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 14: SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On August 12, 2024, the Company issued a press release announcing it was awarded a $2.0 million grant from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program to support the clinical investigation of MT-601 in patients with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) who have relapsed following anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
