(b) On March 18, 2011, Jack Johnson’s employment with Rainmaker Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) terminated and he will be pursuing other business opportunities. Mr. Johnson was the Senior Vice President of Client Services. His duties and responsibilities have been assumed by existing employees within the Company.
