6. SUBSEQUENT EVENT	6. SUBSEQUENT EVENT On October 28, 2021, the Company issued 486,000 restricted shares of the Company’s common stock for cash proceeds of $1,458 pursuant to the exercise of common stock purchase options by an employee and a former employee of the Company.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
