Commitments and Contingencies	Commitments and Contingencies Argo Group’s subsidiaries are parties to legal actions incidental to their business. As of September 30, 2022, management believed that the resolution of these matters would not materially affect our financial condition or results of operations. See Note 16, “Subsequent Events” for information regarding the securities class action lawsuit filed against the Company on October 20, 2022. We have contractual commitments to invest up to $116.3 million related to our limited partnership investments at September 30, 2022, as further disclosed in Note 3, “Investments.” These commitments will be funded as required by the partnership agreements which can be called to be fulfilled at any time, not to exceed twelve years. On November 9, 2022, the U.S. Loss Portfolio Transaction with Enstar covering a majority of the Company’s U.S. casualty insurance reserves, including construction, for accident years 2011 to 2019 closed. See Note 16, “Subsequent Events” for information on contractual commitments as a result of this transaction.
