Share-Based Payments	5. Share-Based Payments During the first six months of 2014, we extended the term of certain options granted under our 2009 Long-Term Incentive Plan to a member of our executive team for an additional year, and recognized $0.4 million of associated stock compensation expense. Total share-based compensation expense is reported in corporate, general and administration expenses on our condensed consolidated statements of operations.
