Share-Based Payments During the first quarter of 2014, we granted 100,000 new options under our 2009 Long-Term Incentive Plans and extended the term of certain options granted to a member of our executive team for an additional year. Total share-based compensation expense recognized was $0.6 million and $0.2 million for the three months ended March 31, 2014 and 2013, respectively, and is reported in corporate, general and administration expenses on our condensed consolidated statements of operations.
