Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 18, 2024, Natalee C. Gunderson resigned the officer position as Vice President of Human Resources and Secretary effective February 16, 2024.  Ms. Gunderson’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement relating to the Company’s policies, operations, or practices.
