Subsequent Events	14. Subsequent Event On April 9, 2020, the Company completed the acquisition of the wastewater collection and treatment assets of Felton Borough in York County, Pennsylvania. The Company began operating the existing collection and treatment facilities on April 16, 2020. The acquisition resulted in the addition of approximately 130 wastewater customers with purchase price and acquisition costs of approximately $882. This acquisition is expected to be immaterial to Company results.
