Rate Matters	From time to time, the Company files applications for rate increases with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission, or PPUC, and is granted rate relief as a result of such requests. The most recent rate request was filed by the Company on May 14, 2010. Effective November 4, 2010, the PPUC authorized an increase in rates designed to produce approximately $3,400 in additional annual revenues. The Company does not expect to file a base rate increase request in 2011.
