Employees' IRA Plans	Note L - Employees’ IRA Plans The Company has established a Company IRA covering all employees. The plan allows participants to make pre-tax contributions and the Company may, at its discretion, match certain percentages of the employee contribution. Amounts contributed to the plan are deposited into a trust fund administered by independent trustees. The Company made a discretionary matching IRA contribution of $14,000 for each of the years ended December 31, 2018 and 2017.
