Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event On November 25, 2024, the Company's Board of Directors authorized and declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $1.10 per share on the Company's common stock and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable on December 27, 2024 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 13, 2024.
