6. Stock Compensation Costs	Stock compensation costs, resulting from stock options issued June 1, 2012, were $13,356 for the three months ended August 31, 2014 and 2013, respectively. The unexpensed cost at August 31, 2014 totaled $93,492.

The entire disclosure for accounts comprising shareholders' equity, comprised of portions attributable to the parent entity and noncontrolling interest, including other comprehensive income, and compensation-related costs for equity-based compensation.
