VARIABLE INTEREST ENTITIES (VIE)	Greystone Real Estate, L.L.C. GRE, is owned by Warren Kruger, President and CEO, and Robert Rosene, a member of the Board of Directors. GRE was created solely to own and lease one of the buildings that GSM occupies at 2600 Shoreline Drive, Bettendorf, Iowa. In fiscal year 2012, GRE purchased the second building occupied by Greystone, 2601 Shoreline Drive, Bettendorf, Iowa, in a sale and leaseback transaction with Greystone. The buildings, having a carrying value of $3,475,909 and $3,591,781 at May 31, 2014 and 2013, respectively, serve as collateral for GRE’s debt. The debt had a carrying value of $3,371,660 and $3,366,108 at May 31, 2014 and 2013, respectively.
