Lessee, Operating Leases [Text Block]	Note 2. Leases The Company leases facilities and office equipment under various operating leases, which generally are expected to be renewed or replaced by other leases. For each of the three months ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, operating lease expenses totaled $135,123 and $132,574, respectively. For each of the nine months ended September 30, 2024 and 2023, operating lease expenses totaled $401,228 and $407,358, respectively.
