Subsequent Events [Text Block]	*Note 10.* Subsequent Events** Following the close of the quarter ended September 30, 2022 the Company has bought 135,578 incremental shares of stock on the open-market as part of its stock buyback program in the amount of $232,611.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
