NOTE 9. CAPITAL TRANSACTIONS

During the six months ended June 30, 2015, we received 76,000 shares of our common stock from cancelled restricted stock awards from separated employees and for the settlement of $538,000 in payroll taxes, associated with the lapsing of the selling restriction of restricted stock awards.

From the exercise of stock options, we issued 449,000 shares of common stock and 53,000 shares of treasury stock for proceeds of $2.3 million during the six months ended June 30, 2015.  We issued 72,000 shares of common stock and 1,000 shares of treasury stock as a result of the vesting of restricted stock awards.  We issued 63,000 shares of common stock and 22,000 shares of treasury stock for proceeds of $806,000 under the employee stock purchase plan during the six months ended June 30, 2015.
