the stated securities from listing and

opening of business on January 22, 2013,

The merger between Nuveen Nuveen Michigan
Dividend Advantage Municipal Fund and Nuveen
Michigan Quality Income Municipal Fund, Inc.
became effective before the opening of business
 on January 7, 2013.  Each Common Share of
Beneficial Interest of Nuveen Michigan Dividend
 Advantage Municipal Fund will be exchanged for
 0.95647566 of a share of Common Stock of Nuveen
 Michigan Quality Income Municipal Fund, Inc.

The Exchange also notifies the Securities
and Exchange Commission that as a result
of the above indicated conditions this
security was suspended from trading on
January 7, 2013.
