Subsequent Event	13. Subsequent Event On August 6, 2012, the Company completed its acquisition of the assets of Adaption Technologies Ventures, Ltd. (“Adaption Technologies”), a provider of hosted business VoIP solutions. The Company expects the acquisition to enhance its BroadCloud Software-as-a-Service delivery platform. The Company will now be able to deliver as part of its BroadCloud offerings BroadWorks features and functionality. The purchase price for Adaption Technologies was approximately $22 million and the Company funded the acquisition with cash on hand. Because this acquisition recently closed, the Company has not yet completed the initial purchase price allocation.
