Note 3 - Restricted cash and short-term investments

As of December 31, 2014 and 2013, our total restricted cash and short-term investments was approximately $4,000 and $34,000, respectively. Restricted cash represents amounts held in certificates of deposit and money market funds to support stand-by letters of credit used as security for third party vendors as well as amounts deposited as guarantees for the Subsidiary's office in Jerusalem and for currency hedging transactions in which the Company engages.
